• Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) ...... 50 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredient: Hypromellose (Capsule shell)

Recommended Use:

Used in herbal medicine to help relieve minor pain, swelling and inflammation. Celery seed is traditionally used in herbal medicine to relieve the pain associated with gout.

Duration of use:

Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use.

Recommended dosage:

Adults 18 years and older: 1 capsule 3 times per day. Take it with food.

Cautions and warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use it you are taking anticoagulant agents, anti-inflammatory agents, or antibiotics; if you are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners; if you have gallstones, bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid; if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers or are having a surgery; if you have inflammation of the kidneys, diabetes or a renal disorder.

Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort. Allergic reactions can occur in people allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Composi-tae/Daisy family. Celery seed may increase UV light sensitivity; and limit excess exposure to ultraviolet rays while using this product.

Contra-indications:

Do not use it if you are pregnant/breastfeeding.
