Strong Bones is a comprehensive formula designed to provide nutritional support for bone health.
Our formula features microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA) sourced from pasture-fed New Zealand bovine, which is certified free from antibiotics, herbicides, pesticides, and BSE. MCHA is a natural source of calcium and phosphorus.
In addition to MCHA, Strong Bones contains a blend of supporting ingredients:

Vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, boron, vitamin C, vitamin K2, vitamin B1 (thiamin), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), and folic acid.

Amino acids including L-lysine and L-proline.

Other key ingredients like glucosamine sulfate, horsetail (a source of silica), curcumin, lutein, grape seed extract, green tea extract, and lycopene.
Directions of Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules one to three times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Warnings and Cautions

Consult a health-care practitioner before use if you are taking blood thinners, have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction, have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, are taking any prescription medication, have been diagnosed with or are at risk for a blood pressure disorder, have a liver disorder, are following a low-protein diet, have an iron deficiency, have an estrogen-dependent cancer, or are taking antiplatelet medication.
