Recommended use
Great with any weight management program, PGX® reduces appetite by promoting a feeling of fullness. Lowers the glycemic index and promotes healthy blood sugar levels. Helps reduce elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
Recommended dose
Recommended dosage (adults): Stir 1–2 packets into 375–500 mL of cold water or juice. Drink additional water (375–500 mL) after taking PGX®. Begin with 1 packet and gradually increase over several days as tolerated. Up to 2 packets 3 times daily may be required in some cases for optimal results or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use consistently before or with meals or with healthy snacks to obtain the desired results.

Consult a health care practitioner if you are under 18 years of age, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any health concerns. If you are taking medication, take it one hour prior to, or two hours after taking PGX®.
